Cindi Cashmer

Cindi is a senior executive focused on leading Service Center operations and service delivery in the benefits administration industry. With over 25 years of experience, Cindi is an expert in delivering outstanding customer service to provide opportunity for business growth and stability. Cindi is passionate about developing and mentoring Service Center talent to build highly engaged teams that deliver high-quality service. Prior to joining bswift, Cindi served as Service Center Leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Benefits Outsourcing business where she was responsible for managing Service Center operations for multiple locations, oversight of staffing, ongoing development and service provided by the call center. Cindi earned a B.S in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
