Justin Burns

Justin brings client-centric leadership to bswift’s specialty solutions, technology and product development initiatives. Over the last 18 years in the benefits administration industry, Justin has successfully led client management, operations, implementation, and technology teams, as well as launched multiple new technology product offerings. Prior to bswift, Justin worked at Hewitt Associates (now Alight Solutions), where he provided both implementation, operations and client management support to several key, large market clients. Justin earned his B.A. from Augustana College with a major in Business Administration and minors in Computer Science and Physics.
