John Herbst

John leads bswift’s corporate legal department and is responsible for the company’s legal affairs. He grew up in the New York City suburbs and began his career at a large international law firm based in Manhattan focusing on international IPOs and M&A. Over the last 20+ years, John has concentrated on leading Legal and other corporate functions at Private Equity backed, high-growth software companies.
