Vinita has over 25 years of technology leadership experience across three continents in the employee benefit administration and financial industries. At bswift, Vinita leads the product and user experience engineering delivery teams. She has a proven ability to deliver omni-channel solutions to the market. Prior to joining bswift, Vinita held several engineering leadership positions at Iron Mountain, Alight, Aon, and AT&T. Vinita received her BS from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, and a Leadership certificate from the Harvard University.
