Don Garlitz

Don leads channel business sales and business development as well as partner development for bswift. Don started as an insurance producer in 1997 and has held various sales, consulting and management positions at FirstWest Benefit Solutions (now NFP), Beneficial Life and Aflac. Don has significant public policy experience and received a formal commendation from the Governor of Utah for outstanding work as a consultant while pioneering a publicly overseen private health insurance marketplace prior to the passage of the Affordable Care Act. Don has a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
