Lavanya Tadinada

Lavanya is a senior executive with a proven track record to lead complex projects and bring successful outcomes for the business. She brings over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in finance, strategic planning and operational excellence. At bswift, she is responsible for developing and driving initiatives that enable the achievement of bswift’s strategic goals. She leads the Project Management Office (PMO), Practice Leadership and Reporting teams to drive excellence and consistent delivery across the company. Prior to joining bswift, Lavanya led the Strategic Planning and PMO function for the Aetna Student Health business. Lavanya is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
