My name is Yolanda Vega, associate director of health and welfare plans for Boehringer Ingelheim. We all gained a lot of time back not having to follow up on files and issues with file store benders. Employee phone calls have dropped significantly because the enrollment process is so much easier. So we get to spend our time doing more strategic planning and communications for employees that we struggled to find the time to do or squeeze in in the past.
