Smarter Admin Tools, New Partnerships, and Enhanced Connectivity
User Admin Dashboard Updates
Small but meaningful UX enhancements that streamline navigation, improve visibility, and make key admin tasks faster to access and manage.
- Family Panel now shows Member Status (Active/Disabled) for dependents.
- Insights now flag Tobacco Use and Medicare Eligibility.
- The Direct Billing Admin Page is now available within the User Dashboard.
- The “Switch to Legacy View” toggle has been removed. Legacy pages remain accessible through the left-hand navigation, and user search now includes a quick link to the legacy User Admin view.
All User Admin Dashboard updates are auto-enabled and available now. The Direct Billing page requires Direct Billing administration with bswift (and additional configuration).

For Channel Partners
Migration Required: Updated MetLife EOI Connections
bswift has updated MetLife Evidence of Insurability (EOI) integrations. The MetLife Application API (LIMRA) and MetLife EOI Decision API (LIMRA) are available now, enabling near real-time EOI submissions and automated decisioning back into bswift.
Action required: If any of your clients use MetLife plans that require EOI, migrate them to the new APIs. MetLife is sunsetting the older EOI connections, including MetLife EOI and MetLife EOI API.
Deadline: All clients must transition by June 30, 2026.
Implementation details: See the MetLife EOI Playbook on the bswift community site.
Data Management and Connectivity

- EOI Decision API for Unum now uses LIMRA standards to help automate and accelerate the EOI review process. (activation required)
