bswift Idea Exchange originated as bswift Summit in 2004 as a one-day client conference held annually in Chicago. In 2011, the event added a second day and transitioned into an industry symposium.
Since its inception, the event has featured many thought leaders in the HR and Benefits industry. In 2010, keynote speaker Michael O. Leavitt, former Secretary of Health & Human Services and three-term Governor of the State of Utah, shared his expertise on health care reform.
In 2016, bswift had its most successful event to date with notable speakers from organizations such as Caesars Entertainment, ActiveHealth Management and Aetna. bswift was pleased to welcome keynote speaker Malcolm Frank, Executive Vice President of Cognizant, who discussed how, in a rapidly digitizing world, attendees can use the data available to gain insights into the lives of their consumers. Summit 2016 also featured an extremely educational session on the power of sleep from Dr. Cindy Geyer, Medical Director of Canyon Ranch. The event closed with a grand prize raffle of a three-night, four-day getaway to Canyon Ranch's Arizona resort, a retreat worth almost $10,000!
