  • Make all demographic changes in Paycor, not in bswift.

  • Deduction file requires Custom Payroll Schedules on the employee record.
  • Paycor cannot accept employer HSA contribution amounts on the deduction file.
  • HSAs must be built as one plan with one deduction code—not separate for Single and Family.
