    My name is Angie Kapp. I’m the Senior Manager of Benefits for Toyota Gosei. My name is Deb Macchia. I’m VP of Health and Welfare at Omnicom Group. My name is Sandy Gonsalves. I am the Senior Benefits Manager at GXO. We’ve asked bswift to do quite a bit since they came on board. We have a lot of complexity to our benefits enrollment. We’re a very complex organization, and bswift’s ability and openness to partner with us to meet our technical needs really sealed the deal. The bswift technology flexibility is the key, right? They really handle our day-to-day problems for me, so I don’t have to worry about it. bswift is truly an extension of our benefits team. The bswift technology, I feel, is very easy. It’s user friendly for our employees. The functionality of the platform really struck me compared to everything else that we had looked at. We rolled out an updated version of Ask Emma last year, and what we were able to see in our data is that the decision support tool actually helped our employees and helped enable them to make positive decision for themselves. It is much more than just a general business partnership because of the way that we’ve been able to work together.
