She comes to bswift from her role as Senior VP of Davis & Company, a bswift subsidiary. Previously, Alyssa was Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications and PR at BD, a global medical technology firm. At BD, she led internal and corporate communications worldwide. Alyssa holds a BA in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
Eric Strom
Senior Vice President, Service Center
Eric Strom leads bswift’s Service Center, overseeing industry-leading customer service delivery and strategy. With more than 25 years of experience in benefits administration, Eric prioritizes cutting edge technology, investment in people, and a strong focus on serving the customer. Previously, Eric was Customer Care Solutions Leader, where he developed omnichannel customer service solutions. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Rollins College.

Trent York over 20 years of product development experience in the benefits and healthcare technology space. At bswift, he leads the teams driving innovation across the company’s core platforms, data integrations, and administrative user experience. Prior to joining bswift, Trent oversaw development for FSA, HSA, COBRA, and commuter benefit programs. Trent is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies—including AI—to simplify the benefits experience and deliver measurable business value. He studied mathematics at Northeastern State University and mechanical engineering at Oklahoma State University.
