Evive Now Integrates Health Content from the Mayo Clinic

A new licensing agreement with the Mayo Clinic brings clinically vetted health education to Evive^®, our personalized recommendation engine. The agreement strengthens Evive by combining trusted, clinician-reviewed content with bswift’s proprietary personalization algorithms. With the addition of Mayo Clinic education, Evive members will have access to one of the most recognized sources of clinical expertise in the world.

The first recommendations are available now, focusing on Fitness, Nutrition & Mental Wellbeing—with more recommendations on the way.

Guardian enrollment is moving from EDI files to API

bswift and Guardian are moving existing Guardian enrollment integrations from EDI files and email-based processes to the new Guardian Enrollment API. This enhancement will give partners a faster, easier-to-manage connection with less manual reconciliation and near real-time enrollment processing.

Here’s what to know:

• Client migrations have started, and your bswift team will contact you directly with next steps.
• There’s no additional cost, and minimal to no partner effort is expected.
• Training resources are available to help teams prepare for implementation, discrepancy management, support, and renewals.
• For new Guardian plans after 8/1/2026, bswift will make the API the standard integration method.

bswift Simplify: New Renewal Options

Two new renewal options give admins more flexibility for managing complex plan structures without unintended changes:

• Apply New Hire rules only to new plans during renewal
• Exclude HSA plans from automatic cost updates

These updates require activation.
