New Ways to Personalize and Expand Benefits
Emma EnrollPro Updates:
Expanded Eligibility-Based Guidance
(Activation required)
Support more eligible benefit options. Emma EnrollPro™ can now provide decision support for Dental, Vision, and Supplemental benefits, even when an employee is not eligible for a Medical plan. This helps extend guidance to populations such as part-time employees who may qualify only for voluntary benefits.
Control availability by Benefit Class. Emma EnrollPro can be turned off for specific Benefit Classes when needed, giving you more control over where decision support appears while keeping it available by default.
bswift Pro: Claims Integration Powers More Personalized Benefits Guidance
bswift Pro offers claims integration to power more context-rich, personalized experiences across the bswift ecosystem. By incorporating claims data, you can help employees receive more relevant guidance while giving your teams deeper insight into real-world utilization and spend. (activation required)
Supported experiences include:
- Evive® Recommendation Engine: More personalized, relevant recommendations based on claims and engagement data.
- Emma EnrollPro: More helpful plan decision support, informed by real-world utilization and spend.
- Emma™ Chat: Faster, more accurate answers grounded in health plan data.
- Emma™ AdminPro: Deeper insights for your team based on actual medical spend patterns.
For Channel Partners: Group Whole Life on bswift
bswift now supports native administration of select Group Whole Life products, including eligibility, enrollment, rates, policy stacking, and coverage history.
Products must follow bswift’s recommended configuration. Integrated Whole and Universal Life products remain available through third-party carrier connections.
