Fiona is responsible for the strategic vision of Service Center Operations, customer experience, and next generation offering as well as driving accelerated growth. Her expertise centers on service transformation, customer experience strategy, KPI, multi-channel management and talent development. Fiona is an accomplished leader with a successful 25 year track record of transforming, growing and managing complex business operations. Most recently, Fiona led the global transformation of the customer experience delivery model for Total Benefits Outsourcing at Conduent. Previously, she led strategic planning across every aspect of the implementation value chain at Alight (formerly AonHewitt). Fiona has a Marketing and Business Administration degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
