Diane Lagasse

Diane is a senior controls and compliance executive who is responsible for driving operational integrity and compliance for bswift across all our business functions, including compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and contractual requirements. Diane has more than 25 years of experience assessing, implementing and maintaining compliance as well as establishing internal controls for multiple insurance companies and their subsidiaries. Prior to joining bswift, Diane worked at UnitedHealth Group in a variety of compliance and regulatory roles, and CIGNA Corporate Compliance before that. Diane earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa.
