Dave is responsible for expanding relationships with new and existing customers as well as improving the effectiveness of the sales team. Prior to this role, he worked for Aetna for 20 years, serving in multiple sales and distribution leadership roles in the commercial and retiree businesses. For four years, he served as the primary developer of Aetna’s exchange business on third-party retiree platforms. During that time, Aetna realized tremendous growth across the entire portfolio of retiree plans on third-party exchanges. Dave has experience in multiple product lines, launching Aetna’s first small group HSA and HRA plans, first commercial individual plans and Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans. He has a BS from Penn State University, University Park.
