bswift Announces New Community Website, Featuring User Forums

CHICAGO, IL — Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013


bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and health exchanges, announced the newly revamped bswift Community, a website designed to facilitate dialogue and networking among clients as well as provide easy access to support tools including training guides and videos, system documents, release notes and more. The enhancements were largely developed in response to client requests for more opportunities to interact beyond the bswift Summit, an annual idea exchange for bswift users and HR & benefits professionals.

A new feature of Community is the creation of User Forums, intended to share industry best practices and to provide tips and tricks on the bswift platform. The forums will supplement bswift’s current User Guide and enable clients to communicate with each other or ask system-related questions. Forum topics include:

  • Billing
  • COBRA/Retiree Administration
  • Defined Contribution/Exchange
  • Enrollment
  • Payroll
  • Reports, Alerts and Dashboard
  • Vendor Interfaces

The new Community website will be accessible via the bswift administrator homepage and offers many useful features for bswift users who are seeking information about the benefits world and the bswift system, including system status updates, featured documents and webinars, and the most recent posts from the bswift blog.
