The bswift system offers an optional module to track vacation/PTO requests, supervisor/manager approvals and employee balances. This configurable and easy-to-use module allows companies simplifies the burdensome process of tracking time off and puts you in control of a valuable employee benefit. Our rules-based solution allows employees to submit time off requests (vacation, personal, PTO days, etc.) and allows administrators to allocate paid time off to different "classes" of employees, view and approve/reject requests, and alert employees of approved/rejected time. Employees can request and view their status at any time.
