Leave Administration

The bswift system tracks employees on different kinds of leave. Employees can request leaves for approval by authorized supervisors/managers, and the system can track days/hours taken vis-à-vis available balances. Leave data can be sent to external administrators and systems as necessary. bswift also offers an optional service via a OneTouch Partner to collect premiums for employees on leave or disability.
