Employee Portal

bswift can either serve as your company’s employee portal (or "Intranet"), or as an extension to an existing company portal. The bswift system allows company managers and administrators to post documents, Web links, and other company files for viewing by authorized managers, administrators, and employees. Additional bswift portal tools include an employee directory, FAQ’s, surveys, links, documents, questions submission and more. bswift allows for company content (Employee Handbooks, etc.) to be co-mingled with HR/benefits content (COBRA rules, etc.), as desired.
