bswift Training

bswift is dedicated to helping you get the most value from your HR and benefits administration system. In an effort to more effectively and proactively support your bswift training needs, we now offer monthly complimentary system demonstrations/training webinars. These sessions provide both introductory and advanced training on bswift products and tools for your HR staff.

Basic Training - 1:00-3:00pm CT

Each monthly session begins with a two-hour introduction to the bswift system. Ideal for beginners, this time will be dedicated to providing a general system overview of both the employee and administrator sites. This session also provides a nice overview of system capabilities for Broker and TPA agents.

Advanced Training - 3:15-4:15pm CT

For a schedule of 2010 monthly training topics and instructions for reserving a seat in the basic and/or advanced training sessions, please contact your Client Services representative.

Reservations

If you are interested in reserving a seat in the basic and/or advanced training sessions please send an email to training@bswift.com. Please be sure to include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, and the date of the training session you would like to attend. Please also indicate if you would like to participate in the basic training session, the advanced training session or both.

Please note that participation in the basic training session is not required to participate in the advanced training session. Simply use the web conference/teleconference details provided to access the advanced session promptly at 3:15.
