bswift Adds to Its Leadership Team with Senior VP of Channel Partner Sales: Judd Wagner

bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and health exchanges, today announced the appointment of Judd Wagner as Senior Vice President, Channel Partner Sales. As a key member of bswift’s executive team, Wagner will be responsible for leading efforts to cultivate new relationships with insurance carriers, health plans, TPAs and employee benefit advisors.
Prior to joining bswift, Wagner served as Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND), where he led a team of more than 135 employees and directed the health plan to record enrollment. He directed the management and administration of the marketing division as well as the development and implementation of strategic marketing objectives, and he provided support for the organization’s core goals of company growth, employee retention, customer service and market penetration.
Earlier in his career, Wagner was Director of Key Accounts at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT), where he was responsible for key account sales and account management, including third-party administrator business and all groups larger than 200. He has also worked as Assistant Vice President at Rutherfoord Benefit Services, a large brokerage firm in Virginia.
