bswift Adds Extreme Perks to Its Arsenal of Company Culture Badges from The Good Jobs

CHICAGO AND MILWAUKEE — Wednesday, September 10th, 2014

bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and exchanges, announced it has been awarded the Extreme Perks badge, its fifth badge from The Good Jobs, a unique marketing platform that objectively assesses and certifies company culture traits.

The Good Jobs is the first-ever company culture directory with “a common culture language to help companies communicate their strengths,” says Anne Nimke, Founder and CEO, The Good Jobs. In addition to being a recruiting tool that reveals an organization’s cultural environment and benefits to job seekers, employers can use The Good Jobs as “a retention tool for current employees, by communicating all the things that are available to them in the workplace,” Nimke explains.

Employers apply for badges by completing online questionnaires that identify specific culture traits in different areas. The Good Jobs evaluates the responses and certifies companies with badges that best fit their cultural environment. Badge-certified companies listed in the Culture Directory include: Retrofit, Robert W. Baird and Zappos. Companies can include the badges in job listings, social media and corporate communications.

On The Good Jobs website, bswift’s company profile page links to individual pages for the five badges that it has earned. In addition to Extreme Perks, bswift has earned badges for Career Development, Corporate Responsibility, Flextime and Fun. Together with bswift being named one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2014, The Good Jobs badges provide a recruiting advantage that helps the company attract top talent.
